Once you place the order on our website your order is processed. You will receive a tracking ID and your package is packed safely and sent for delivery. You can track your package by logging into your account on our website RUSHK.com.

When placing an order in RUSHK for your favorite chocolates you will be selecting your preferred flavors from our product category. Place them in the cart and move to the checkout. You can add numbers in the checkout section. Fill in your contact details. The payment method is simple. Read our privacy policy. Check the terms and condition box and place your order. Enter your card details and track your order from RUSHK.

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your order and your order ID.
You’ll receive another email once your order is shipped out. All you have to do then is, sit back, relax, and wait for your awesome RUSHK Chocolates to arrive.

Your tracking link may take up to 24 hours from shipping to get activated. Once your order is placed, we will send you confirmation of your order details on e-mail and SMS.
When we dispatch your shipment, you will be notified again via SMS.
To see your shipments, sign in to your RUSHK Account and open your RUSHK order. Use your order number.
Find your order number from the email or SMS sent by us.
In case of any unusual event which delays your order, you will receive an update from us.

You can cancel items or orders by visiting the Your Orders section in Your Account.
To cancel items that aren’t dispatched yet, click on cancel orders
Go to Your Orders
Select the item you want to cancel and click Cancel items
Note: Your order will be cancelled instantly, and a refund will be processed to your original payment method if the payment was already made.
If your order has already been dispatched: Select the Request cancellation option and the Chocolate(s) will be returned to us for a refund (if the payment is already made). In case you’re still contracted for delivery, please refuse to accept it.
